South Wales Wedding

This post contains a choice of our favourite wedding photos from the South Wales wedding of Sophie & Ash at St. Mary’s Church, Magor followed by a Marquee reception in Sophies parent’s garden.  Sophie got ready at her parents house and kept herself busy by doing her own plus her bridesmaids make up.  Transport was provided for Sophie & Ash’s South Wales wedding by C & E Wedding Car Hire.  We took a few family portraits at the church after the ceremony and finished them off back at the house.  It was great to have the help of local toastmaster Bruno Cook throughout the day.  There was some lovely evening light, so we took some more bridal portraits in a nearby field that we spotted earlier in the day.  South Wales Wedding Details:  Dress Ronald Joyce.  Flowers Deacons Chepstow.  Shoes Benjamin Adams.  Cake Celtic Cakes.  Marquee County Marquees.

Llantwit Major Wedding

Here are some of our favourite images from Pippa & Chris’s Llantwit Major wedding at St. Illtud’s Church, in the Vale of Glamorgan.  Followed by a Marquee reception at Tresilian Bay between Llantwit Major and St. Donats.  We started at the house in Tresilian Bay where Pippa was getting ready with her mum, brother and bridesmaids.  Pippa was taken to St. Illtud’s Church for the Llantwit Major Wedding in a horse and carriage which was great to capture as she was approaching down the narrow streets.  Luckily the rain held off long enough for us to get the wedding photography of the families at the church.  Pippa had noticed a farmers field of wheat on her way to the church so we stopped there for some bridal wedding photography on the way back to the house, the views over the channel were great.  It was great to do a Llantwit Major Wedding as the church is literally right on our doorstep.

Llansantffraed Court Hotel Wedding

This post contains a choice of our favourite images from the wedding of Libby & Matt at Llansantffraed Court Hotel, near Abergavenny.  We met Matt at St. Mary’s Priory in Abergavenny before the ceremony.  Libby arrived on time with her dad and almost lost her veil to a sudden gust of wind, great catch by an Usher!!  The ceremony was great in the magnificent church.  A big thank you to Father Mark Soady who kindly allowed us to use the alter for some family portraits as the rain came down.  It was then a mad dash to Llansantffraed Court Hotel where we completed the Bridal portraits.  We used some indoor areas for the bridal portraits as the bad weather continued.  Libby and Matt were very brave and managed to get a few quick shots in the wonderful grounds at Llansantffraed Court Hotel.

Llansantffraed Court Hotel Wedding

This post contains a choice of our favourite images from a recent wedding at Llansantffraed Court Hotel, near Abergavenny.  The bride got ready with her close friends and family in the bridal suite at Llansantffraed Court Hotel.  The ceremony took place in the small church at the end of the hotel grounds.  We took a few family portraits in the church grounds before going back to the hotel to complete them.  The weather was kind and we were able to do all the bridal portraits in the beautiful grounds of the Llansantffraed Court Hotel.  It was great fun photographing through the speeches.  The fun carried on into the evening.
