Pencoed House Wedding Photography

Pencoed House was the fabulous venue for this lovely couple’s wedding.  Emily & Huw had decided to have their ceremony and reception here, but Emily got ready at The Vale Hotel where she was joined by her Mum & Dad, Sue & Ken, Bridesmaids Jeni (her Sister) & Nerys (Huw’s Sister) and Flower Girl Mali-Mai, her neice.  When we arrived everyone had done their make up and Louise McGee was finishing their hair, so we photographed all of the accessories that Emily had like bracelets that Huw had bought for her, that compliment her engagement and wedding rings, all from Tiffany.  The bouquets had arrived from Cariad designs and looked gorgeous as usual and her shoes were sparkly from Moda in Pelle.  Once the Bridesmaids had changed in to their Bluebell coloured gowns from Coast they helped Emily in to her Martina Liana Gown that she had purchased from Laura May Bridal.  We headed off to join Huw and his Groomsmen Jonny (Best man) and Dan (Usher) to get some photographs of them before the Bridal party arrived, collected from The Vale Hotel by a Bentley and Range Rover provided by Pencoed House!  the Barry Male Voice Choir provided beautiful singing prior to and during the ceremony and two of their friends read beautifully for them.  We managed to stay outside for all of the photographs as the rain kindly held off, which allowed us to wander around the grounds with Emily & Huw, capturing them in the stunning Autumn colours.  They enjoyed a lovely meal prepared by Crest Caterers before listening to the amusing speeches!  The band The Dupliactes made sure that once they had performed their First Dance the guests stayed on the dance floor to party the night away – see if you can spot Sacha……
