De Courceys Wedding Photography

Another gorgeous day photographing at De Courceys Manor for the fabulous wedding of Hazel & Mark!  We were delighted when they asked us to photograph their wedding as Sacha knows Mark from School (a long time ago!!) so it was always going to be a lot of fun catching up with old friends and making new ones!  We arrived at their home in Radyr where Hazel was getting ready with her Mum, Dad, Sister, Bridesmaids and Flower Girl!  Haddy Beathom from Urban Decay was applying make up and Taryn was completing the dos, there was a lot of laughter and fun going on – which pretty much set the scene and that is how it remained for the rest of the day.  Once a couple of the Bridesmaids were dressed in their stylish champagne coloured, long dresses from Coast, they helped Hazel in to her stunning Justin Alexander gown from Perfection with her Sister, Kelly helping her in to her Rainbow Couture shoes and her Mum, Kim, adding her jewellery, which included a gorgeous butterfly pendant necklace that Mark had bought from Tiffany as a Wedding Day gift (where Hazel’s engagement ring is from too) with Jess her Flower Girl watching on.  There was much excitement when the cars arrived, a Rolls Royce Phantom for Hazel and her Dad, John and a VW Campervan from Colin at Lovebug to transport Kim and the Bridesmaids!  Among the accessories were the most amazing flowers we have ever seen, they were made from paper and silk flowers and Hazel had made them all herself, real Wow factor – she should go in to business!!!  We left to see Mark, his Best Men, Ernie & Charlie (alias Glen & Mark) and his Mum and Brother who were looking very dapper in their brown suits, also from Perfection, a perfect compliment to the bridesmaids and general colour theme.The ceremony was lovely and we went straight outside afterwards to have some fun shots with the Campervan, take the family portraits and then take Hazel and Mark around the grounds for their Bridal Portraits – after which the ‘selfie-stick’ made an appearance and everyone was captured from all angles!  The speeches were before the Wedding Breakfast, so that everyone could relax and enjoy their meal.  The staff at De Courceys were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious.  Hazel & Mark went on a fabulous honeymoon, starting in San Fransisco, then Las Vegas and ending in Hawaii!!
