Firstly thank you to all of our fabulous Brides & Grooms from 2017 who entrusted us to capture their precious, fun & emotional Wedding days! We have the best job and spending time with all of you on your most exciting day is an honour for us. We hope that you enjoy the following selection of images that we have chosen as our highlights, though to be honest we could have put soooo many more. We have enjoyed catching up with so many of you again as you have been recommended to us and therefore we have met before and now we feel as though we have made many new friends too! This post contains a choice of our favourite wedding photos from the South Wales wedding of Sophie & Ash at St. Mary’s Church, Magor followed by a Marquee reception in Sophies parent’s garden. Sophie got ready at her parents house and kept herself busy by doing her own plus her bridesmaids make up. Transport was provided for Sophie & Ash’s South Wales wedding by C & E Wedding Car Hire. We took a few family portraits at the church after the ceremony and finished them off back at the house. It was great to have the help of local toastmaster Bruno Cook throughout the day. There was some lovely evening light, so we took some more bridal portraits in a nearby field that we spotted earlier in the day. South Wales Wedding Details: Dress Ronald Joyce. This post contains a choice of our favourite images from the wedding of Emma & James who had their wedding at Canada Lodge, Creigiau, Cardiff. Emma got ready at her mum’s house in Caerphilly with her bridesmaids and close family members. We met James and the boys just before their ceremony at St. Martins’s Church in Caerphilly. We took a few family portraits in the church grounds and then set off for Canada Lodge. Unusually for this year we had fabulous weather so took advantage of the lovely grounds at Canada Lodge to take the bridal portraits. Emma & James wedding details as follows: Dress All about Eve. This post contains a choice of our favourite images from a recent wedding at Llansantffraed Court Hotel, near Abergavenny. The bride got ready with her close friends and family in the bridal suite at Llansantffraed Court Hotel. The ceremony took place in the small church at the end of the hotel grounds. We took a few family portraits in the church grounds before going back to the hotel to complete them. The weather was kind and we were able to do all the bridal portraits in the beautiful grounds of the Llansantffraed Court Hotel. It was great fun photographing through the speeches. The fun carried on into the evening.
This post contains a choice of our favourite images from the wedding of Natalie & Russell who had their wedding at Castell Coch, Tongwynlais, Cardiff. Natalie got ready at her mother’s house with her mum and two sisters helping. The civil ceremony took place in the drawing room at Castell Coch. After the ceremony we were able to take a few shots inside the drawing room before the public have access. We took all the family portraits in the courtyard. We were able to take all the bridal portraits in and around the amazing Castell Coch grounds. Natalie and Russell then left for a family meal at the Crown at Whitebrook.
Wedding photography taken at Court Colman Manor near Bridgend in South Wales. This wedding, photographed at Court Colman Manor was in May. It was a civil ceremony so everything was at the one venue. It was great to come back to Court Colman in the spring as the last time we were here was in a foot of snow so the wedding photographs couldn’t be more different. We were able to really explore the grounds and the Bride and Groom were keen to have some more bridal portraits after they had eaten to take advantage of the lovely evening light and skies.
A wedding froCity Hall Cardiff Weddingm the Spring at St. Denys Church, Lisvane followed with the reception at City Hall Cardiff. After leaving the church and driving towards Cathays Park, just behind the City Hall Cardiff the heavens opened in typical April fashion. Luckily by the time we arrive another window in the weather appeared and we were able to take the Bridal Wedding Photography in the beautiful gardens, the Tulips were in full bloom and there was plenty of cherry blossom on the trees to add to the amazing colours. The wedding breakfast was served on the marble terrace of the City Hall Cardiff and the lovely green theme really looked effective. A band took on the responsibility of the evening entertainment and it didn’t take long for all the guests to get into the spirit of the occasion.
